Piano Lessons at Lainesmead We're pleased to share that Josh is opening up some spaces for 1-to-1 piano lessons during the school day for the new school year. This is a lovely opportunity for children who have shown an interest in music to develop their skills and confidence through individual tuition. Lessons are designed to be fun, personalised and encouraging, whether your child is completely new to the piano or already has some experience. Lessons start from £8.75 per lesson and spaces are limited. To enquire about a place, please email josh@justjoshmusic.com with your child's name and class. Family Thrive is back! We're really pleased to be offering another round of our Family Thrive sessions at Lainesmead with Mrs Jarrett and Mrs Mann. Over the last year and a half, several of our families have taken part in Family Thrive and have told us how helpful they have found the sessions. They offer a friendly, supportive space to think about children's behaviour, emotions and development, as well as practical approaches that can make a real difference at home. There's no judgement and no expectation that you need to be experiencing difficulties to come along – Family Thrive is about helping all of us understand our children a little better and giving parents and carers some useful tools for those everyday parenting moments! Australia Class began their DT Cooking today, making pizza. Children followed the recipe and method and created their very own margherita pizzas. The children had great fun and enjoyed tasting the results of their fine work too! Well done Australia Class
